You know that song about the girl in the red dress? Actually, we’re not sure there is one, but there TOTALLY should be, and the inspiration should absolutely be Tessa’s + Justin’s California engagement session. T + J were going for a whimsical kind of old-timey look for their engagement photos, and we’re loving the way that these turned out. Something about this beautiful forest with her red dress and Justin’s hat just make the whole thing feel kind of magical. It was really important to these lovebirds that the photos felt relaxed, and that their happiness was abundantly clear in the photos – check and check! Also, another cool fact – Tessa and Justin picked the Cal campus for their session because Tessa grew up walking there every Sunday with her family, so it’s a near and dear place to her family!
