Svetlana + Nelson – Wedding
The beautiful Atlanta wedding of Svetlana + Nelson is filled with a fun new first for (once like a spark): it’s the first wedding where we have pictures of the wish lanterns we send to each couple as a way of saying “we love you guys, congratulations, and welcome to the OLAS family!” Shot by our Atlanta husband + wife super stars Philip + Anna, their wedding was a beautiful culmination of both of their backgrounds. Svetlana is Russian and Nelson is Honduran, and they mixed traditions from both of their cultures throughout their big day. Family is really important to both Svetlana and Nelson, and they wanted them to be a huge part of their wedding day. Svetlana said they wanted them to be “honored yet involved,” and really made sure that their families (especially their parents!) knew just how much they meant to them as individuals and as a couple. We love their colors, too – the red found throughout this post really just makes everything pop and look that much more spectacular!
