Linda + Andy – Wedding

Linda and Andy wanted a wedding that was filled with connections that have formed throughout their entire lives–connections that would make their special day even more meaningful and wonderful.  They made sure to be surrounded by the people that they have loved and cherished for their entire lives–family and friends whom Linda and Andy consider themselves to be extensions of.

You’ll see throughout this posting just how incredibly special family and friends are to sweet Linda and Andy, and the fun ways that they included these family and friends in the most unexpected ways!  We love their colors (a really super blue with a sunflower yellow), and we ADORE their center pieces (you’ll soon see why!).  They just put so much of themselves into this wedding, we can’t help but to absolutely love it.

Shot by our incredibly talented New England photographer, Graham, Linda and Andy’s wedding is one for the record books, ESPECIALLY their phenomenal ocean-side couples shots.  We hope you love these pics as much as we here at OLAS do, and be sure to check out the slideshow at http://oncelikeaspark.com!

Thank you Linda and Andy for letting Graham and (once like a spark) capture your amazing day!

And now, for some super adorable getting ready shots, including Linda’s sweet little niece, who so clearly adores her beautiful aunt!

Linda was surrounded by her closest family and friends while they all got ready in a really beautiful and elegant sitting room at a charming New England Inn.

The handsome groom and his groomsmen, looking very dashing…

I LOVE Linda’s face in this picture.  It just perfectly sums up the emotion of the first time she saw her soon-to-be-husband at the end of the aisle.

The officiant for their wedding was actually Linda’s brother, Alan.  I think that is just such an amazing gift from a brother to his sister.

I love these two shots–Linda just looks SO happy, and the ceremony was clearly filled with so much love and emotion.

The blue of the pavilion really just makes these shots look so grand, and Graham did a great job with the angle, too!  And, if you’re wondering what Linda and Andy danced out to….it was “Love Shack” by the B52′s :)

After the ceremony, Linda and Andy released some beautiful white doves.  They were actually sweet little homing doves, so after they were released, they just flew right back home!

The beautiful wedding party, and the gorgeous newlyweds!

I love this one so much!  Those little ones are Linda’s niece and nephews, and they were all part of the ceremony.  How adorable!

And now for some BEYOND amazing couples shots.  They are what we like to call at OLAS…EPIC shots.  We think you’ll see why…

Like this one, for instance.  There are no words for how beautifully amazing this one is.  Epic does seem to close though, don’t you think?

And this one too!  SO astoundingly gorgeous!  And I love how you can see the ocean spray on Andy’s jacket.  They weren’t afraid to get a little wet–especially when the shots came out like this!!

And now for the reception, which this little one was MORE than ready to get to :)

This one definitely has a feeling of elegance and charm, and a room filled with amazing conversation and excitement for the upcoming party!

Linda and Andy had THE BEST little bird decorations and games scattered throughout their reception.  Linda handmade all of the little decorations, and a good friend of theirs designed the precious image on their programs.  I think you know why we’re such a big fan of the birds ;)

The first dance as man and wife.  The leader of their swingin’ 8-piece band was actually Andy and his brother’s middle school band teacher!  I love all the little connections that these two worked into their special day!

A budding OLAS photographer??  I think so!

At the end of the night, Andy and his three musically inclined brothers took to the stage and played a few tunes with the band.  What a fun surprise!  I especially like the one of Andy tuning his trumpet.  I bet they sounded amazing!
