Kirt + Jillian :: A Fun-Filled Georgia Wedding

One of the descriptions Kirt + Jillian used when asked what they envisioned their wedding to be like, was for it to be “a blast, and lots and lots of fun for everyone involved.” We definitely all agree that their photos (captured by our amazing southeast photog, Jen) show that it was just that! K + J’s wedding took place at the Blacksmith Shop in Macon, Ga which is equally as cool as it is beautiful, and it made a perfect backdrop for some really incredible photographs (just you wait!). Their reception was complete with a candy bar straight out of a child’s dream and lots and lots of seriously fun looking dancing — we’ve all honestly been wishing we were there to help celebrate along with them! We’re getting just a bit ahead of ourselves though, because we’ve really got to tell you a bit more about these two love birds. They met, admittedly without the best timing. Kirt was just about to move to London to do a bit of soccer coaching (look out for a futbol inspired garter, which was a surprise for Kirt – LOVE), but they didn’t let that stop them. After a few whirlwind trips to London by Jillian (complete with a first kiss on the London Eye!), they were hooked. K moved back to the states after a year of long distance, and the rest as they say, is history. We know you are going to love K & J just as much as we all do, and their couples shots show it all. They are obviously crazy fun and even more crazy in love. That’s what we like to call a great combo. Lots of OLAS love to you K & J!! Thank you for letting us be a part of it all :) x’s & o’s
