Emily + Colin – Engagement
Emily was the new girl at the Italian restaurant where Colin worked. Colin was assigned as her trainer. (You see where this is going!) After many months and against the backdrop of snazzy jazz music and romantic lighting, the two gradually grew closer over hours of conversation and laughter. Fast-forward almost six years later to Niagra Falls, where Colin asked Emily to be his wife with an engagement ring that has been in Emily’s generation for FIVE generations (squeal!) It’s even engraved with the initials of her great-great-grandparents -totally material for a Nicholas Sparks book if we’ve ever heard it.
