Meet Elizabeth and Kevin. High school friends, separated by college and life and distance, who reunited when they both moved back to their hometown after graduation. They reconnected, started dating, fell in love…you know the rest.
It’s a love story many years in the making, and we were so excited that Roya Jade, our amazing Chicago photog, (www.chicago.oncelikeaspark.com) was there to capture their big day! Here are some of our favs…
We loved, loved , loved Elizabeth’s ballet flats, with a little bling of course.
Kevin and Elizabeth’s ceremony was one filled with importance and meaning. The mass was a traditional Latin one with significant spiritual traditions to Elizabeth, Kevin, and their families. The ceremony included periods of silence, and Elizabeth and her ladies wore symbolic veils. We loved these next few shots, taken during their ceremony.
It’s over, and they are MARRIED! The moments of pure excitement and joy between a new husband and wife following the ceremony are always some of our favorite.
Time for couples photos! Uncontrollable laughter + a bunch of bright balloons = happiness.
Gorgeousness.
It’s time to break it down, and these guys OBVIOUSLY knew how to do that. Their choreography was right on.
Congrats Elizabeth and Kevin!!!!!!!!
