Crystal + Daniel :: A Love – Filled Wedding With Just a Hint of St. Patty’s Day Luck

Hello OLAS family!  We’re thrilled to bring you a wedding today filled with so much joy and love.  Crystal and Daniel are one of those couples that just seem to glow when they talk about each other and their love story.  Crystal describes Daniel as not one of the most, but THE most thoughtful person she has ever met.  She says that she knew early on in their relationship that he loved her, just by the way he looked at her… and then she realized how much he REALLY loved her when he started coming to the spin class she taught (uh, love).  :)  C + D wanted their wedding first and foremost to be centered around the Lord, and then secondly, wanted there to be lots and lots and lots – of great dancing!  They say the first thing they did after getting engaged (literally, the next day!) was book their band!  This couple loves the the Lord, spring time, the Savannah River in Augusta, GA where they spent many a night laughing and dancing on the river banks & is where they eventually got engaged, and then of course – each other too.  Their wedding date happened to fall on St. Patricks Day and while at first they weren’t too keen on the idea of incorporating it in any way, eventually decided it would be more fun to just go with it.  We’re so happy they did too, because the little St. Patty’s Day green details turned out to be so fun and made for some awesome photographs.  We just love how the little hints of green played off the bright spring colors they chose for their color scheme (get ready for some beautiful bridesmaid dresses people – in OLAS’ favorite color right now – coral!).  More things to watch out for?  A precious twist on the photo tradition of  ”not seeing each other” before the wedding on either side of a gorgeous tree at the church, a rockin’ first dance, an epic bouquet & green sequined bowtie toss (check out that girl’s leap!), and some really, really, REALLY gorgeous couples shots throughout.  Jen (our amazing southeast photographer) did an incredible job capturing each and every special moment for these two, and we know you’re going to love every bit of it as much as we all do!
