Sarah + Justin’s Swanky Engagement Session
I really believe that the *perfect* word for Sarah and Justin’s shoot with our fabulous Roya is….swanky. From their 50s inspired wardrobe to sharing a malt at the local diner to an appearance at an old, beautiful theater, Sarah and Justin truly had fun with their engagement session…and it shows! We just adore the fact that Sarah and Justin really got into some fun, unique rolls, and treated this shoot more like a movie shoot than an engagement shoot!
We think the Pink Ladies and The T Birds would agree, this is one swell engagement session!

Ashley + Charlie – Engagement
At (once like a spark), we just love when our clients and photographers go to fun places around town to capture some really fun, in the moment, truly unique shots. Ashley and Charlie’s engagement session (shot by our amazing California team), is just that. These two love birds spent part of the day at a carnival by the water (where they got some really great photo booth shots), and then did a quick outfit change for a few more gorgeous shots on the pier. Lauren + Peter – Engagement
When Michael sent me these images, he referred to them (especially the ones with the sunset) as the “money” shots. As in, pretty darn amazing. And we couldn’t agree more. Precious Lauren and Peter spent the day with Michael roaming these beautiful beaches in search of some stellar engagement shots. We think they definitely succeeded, and here are a few of our absolute favorites! Enjoy (and happy Friday!)

Demitria + Alex – Engagement
We just got back this un-be-lievable engagement session back from our superb editing team…and were so darn excited to get this blog posting up. It is seriously amazing. Gorgeous Demitria and Alex spent the day with Michael doing what I think all of us suffering from the winter blues would love to do: they went to a seaside carnival, then made their way to the beach for some pictures that we seriously cannot get enough of.
From bright pops of color to dramatically stunning beaches to carnival rides…I think one word can sum up Demitria and Alex’s engagement photos: perfection.
To start, meet our two lovebirds. Who made our jobs easy by being so incredibly cute. And do you not love Demitria’s dress?

I love (love, love) Demitria’s dress. It ties so well into the day, the colors, and just makes these pictures that much more spectacular.

Karen + Al – Engagement
Being that I’m on cup #4 of coffee this morning, I can’t help but love newly-engaged Karen and Al that much more. This seriously precious pair spent the day with our phenomenal West Coast team to capture and celebrate the fact that in a short while, they’ll be sharing morning coffee as husband and wife From a coffee shop, to downtown San Fran, to a really gorgeous pier, Karen and Al were so comfortable in front of the camera, they made our jobs downright easy. And now to downtown San Fran, where the passing rain storm help to create some really beautiful shots. Love how you can see the clouds reflected in the glass, and Karen’s adorable new hat! The Pier. Carrie + Chris – Engagement
One of our favorite parts of our jobs is when a friend gets engaged (obviously!), but also when they choose us to shoot their engagement sessions and weddings. It’s just so fun to be able to be a part of their big day in such a meaningful way, and to be able to really help tell their story through the eyes of our amazing photographers. Carrie and Chris are no exception. Hometown friends of co-owners Ashley and Cali, Carrie was Cali’s friend from high school, and then later both Ashley and Cali’s sorority sister at UGA. Needless to say, she’s been part of the OLAS family even before this adorable couple spent the day with Carla for their gorgeous engagement pictures.
The trio spent a beautiful fall day capturing pictures that we think could literally be in a magazine.
