Betsy + Mookie:: A Southern Engagement Session with Tyler
We are LOVING the engagement session that we’re bringing you today, and love this sweet couple even more. We work with some couples who just ooze adoration for each other and Betsy + Mookie are one of these couples. In fact, all of their family and friends suspected they might skip the whole wedding thing and just elope! We’re glad that they didn’t, because our amazing Southeast photographer Tyler absolutely loved shooting their e-session, and their wedding at Vinewood in late June (stay tuned – it will be on the blog soon!). These two describe themselves as being low-key, outdoorsy, old South kinda people, and Tyler did an awesome job at reflecting that during their engagement session. Betsy and Mookie met on their first day at Mercer University at a convocation ceremony. Long story short, Mookie, a college golfer, was running late to the ceremony and randomly ended up in line next to Betsy, and the rest is history. Mookie was recruited by the University of Georgia to play on their golf team, so the last portion of their relationship was long-distance, but these two say it make them nothing but stronger.
